  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–8 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 3–4 business days.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–12 business days).

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

  • Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

  • You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations.

  • Some items may be restricted in certain countries due to customs regulations.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

  • MindGlow is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at trymindglow@gmail.com.

  • If your order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at trymindglow@gmail.com within 7 days with photos, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

8. Delays

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, or holidays may extend shipping times.

  • In rare cases of extended delays, we will contact you with updated information.
