Return & Refund Policy – MindGlow

We want you to love your MindGlow purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • To complete your return, you will need a proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • Items marked as final sale or purchased at a steep discount (e.g., clearance) are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at trymindglow@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your RA number inside the package.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs paid at the time of the original order are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.

  • If you need to exchange an item, email us at trymindglow@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the product.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened food or beverage products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Personalized or custom items.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. First check your bank account or card statement again.

  2. Then contact your bank or credit card company (processing times may vary).

  3. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at trymindglow@gmail.com.
